    hello.
    This is to complain about a huge delay in my flight from London to New York, 29.6.18, which caused me a real damage, and a lot of frustration.
    The fflight was BA-115, on 29.6.18, scheduled to take off 13:00, destined to reach New York same day afternoon. Business ticket. Due to a technical problem with the plane – Boing 747 – we were kept inside the plane for over 6 hours (!). Then we were sent to spend the night in a nearby hotel. Finally, we took off on 30/6/18, at about 9:30 in the morning.
    Due to this delay, I missed the meeting in New York, for which the whole trip was about. Had to pay for the hotel in Manhatten the full fare for the night ((244.3 $).
    I wonder what is the compensation BA thinks I deserve for this poor endevour, which was fully under its responsibility.
