    Hi,

    I flew from London Heathrow to King Khalid airport in Riyadh on 22 August 2019 (Flight BA 263). We were sat in seats 21 D, E, F. I left a black folder with work papers in and personal documents, including birth and marriage certificate. There are pictures of my son and family in plastic sleeve of folder too.

    In addition, I left an Apple pen for iPad too.

    I have rang the BA Desk every night for 13 days but nobody answers the phone. The number I am ringing is 00966 112201036. It rings for a short time then cuts me off.

    I drove to the airport on 29 August 2019 to visit BA desk and look for somebody to help with lost property. I was told the BA office was closed and only opened an hour before incoming flights landed so I have been phoning between 2130-1130 regularly but never any answer.

    I live 20 minutes from King Khalid airport and am hoping very much to be reunited with my work folder and Apple Pencil.

    Dear Sirs,
    On his way from Eindhoven my son (Mohamed Amine Zairi) couldn’t reach the airport in Amsterdam because the transportation services were suddenly out of service on 25 February 2020.

    Therefore he couldn’t catch his flight mentioned below.

    I’d appreciate if you could consider refunding the ticket, as the reason was out of his control.
