Service was disgusting! I arrived at the airport a couple of minutes over one hour before the flight which means it should not have been closed. The screens were still on and the two people checking passengers in were still on their way walking away from the desk so they could have easily checked me in. The security officer rang them and reached them but they just refused to check me in. I offered to check in without my suitcase but they still refused!! They had no right to do so because I had already checked in online!!
I had to buy new flights and spend the whole day in Beirut airport to board a different flight and adoubé 24 hours later than scheduled to my destination.
They are just malicious, unhelpful and lazy employees who should be sacked. They should not deal with people!
I waited for them in their office and when they returned from boarding all other passengers and saw me waiting, the girl knew me very well because she had received the call earlier about me, and she totally ignored me. She didn’t even stop to talk to me. What a mean bitch!
