Hi, my wife was on the 18:50 flight from GCM to LHR yesterday Mon the 12th of June. Because of the awful traffic she was late in getting to check in. All the staff at the airport were fantastic and went over and above the call of duty to get her on the flight despite being late. We hear so many horror stories and so much negativity about airlines these days and I wanted to pass on our gratitude to all the staff in Cayman for doing such a wonderful job and acting in true Cayman spirit. We’re quite new to the island and the thing that shines out almost as much as the sun is the kindness and generosity of the people here. When I get a moment I will be delivering some chocolates to the staff.

Hello, this is a message for British Airways at Cayman Islands.
I was on BA0253 from LHR to Cayman Island via Nasau (Lynden Pindling, Bahamas) where i stepped out on 20. April 2019.
Unfortunately, I left my laptop, a grey, Apple Macbook Pro, 15”, serial nr C02T38C8GTFL in my seat 31F (I was travelling with my family using seats 31F-31K). I hope you found it and can cooperate to return it to me.
I propose 3 options:
1. Return it to NAS airport where we will be flying from on 29th April and leaving 3rd May.
2. Return it to LHR Terminal 5 where we will be making a landing on 4th May on our way home.
3. Send it to my home address: Hogeweg 13, 2244 GS Wassenaar, Netherlands.
I’d prefer option 1.
