Hi, I need to cancel a flight. I checked before booking that I would be able to cancel the flight for a small fee, but this option is not available on your booking management page. I have tried calling your Cape Town office but there are too few operators and I am on hold for ever. What’s more, the email address given on your web site is blank. What should I do?
