Dear British Airways My wife and I returned from Providenciales on the 3rd February which was also coincidently my birthday . As we passed through the gates to board a staff member passed me an envelope which I opened on board , it was a Birthday card signed with personal note from seven members of the ” Team Providenciales ” , I was very touched to receive the Card and good wishes notes . As we had booked in, a staff member checked my passport and spotted my birthdate and must have organised the card. Could you pass on my thanks to them , you are lucky to have such a caring team in Providenciales , we will return ( for the 12th visit next January and have already booked our BA flight) Lord David Steed
