I can’t make a reservation online and the wait on the phone is inordinately long. Every time I try to book online I get an error message and I have been on hold for 45 minutes and still person to speak with. There’s no reason for such a long wait and there should be no reason to keep getting an error message either by signing in to my account or just trying in general.
I have been trying to pay for seat assignments on flight 4M7NRM British Airways 286 SFO to Milan Malpesa for Friday, 16-9-22. I continue to get hung up on as BA is busy handling more urgent calls. Your chat option is not helpful. Meanwhile, the seat I wanted to request has been taken. Is there any way to reserve seat 7A SFO to LHR, and 4A LHR to MXP without the telephone? When I try to reserve online the error message says to call Customer Service, which is not taking calls.
