I would like to fly from Durban to Heathrow airport on30 October 2017 , returning to Durban on 18 November 2017 . I will be attending my grandson’s 21st birthday celebration on the 8 th November in Birmingham .I have over 50 000 Avios points which I would like to utilise. to whom it may concern,

I dont have my executive club card as I have lost it and need it replaced. My ID number is 4501130004081 I think my number for the card is 18474335. My address is 17 Dronfield Rd, Glenwood, Durban 4001 Please post one asap. I travel at least 3 times a month on various airlines as I am a tour guide.

I have just tried to check in on-line for my BA flight to London tomorrow.I am unable to do so because for some reason the booking reference cannot be recognised.Upon my final attempt I was told that I was timed out and that I should try again in 24hours.Not possible because I (we are meant to be flying in about 12 hours time.
I am well past 70 years of age and find such an occurrence rather distressing to say the least.
Once again BA. comes up trumps (NOT).

Please please help me. I am flying to London this Fri 14th June, ref no. PYJTH4, and I have been trying to pay and book my seat early, for the last three weeks – a few times every day, and every time it says the option is not available. I urgently desperately need an aisle seat so I can get to a bathroom quickly – I have bowel issues related to pancreatic cancer. I have not been able to book early and I don’t know why. There is no phone number anywhere in all the searching I have done, so no real live person to explain my predicament to.
    Please please help me.
    Thank you.

I was booked on the British Airways flight from Durban to Heathrow direct flight on 10 September – one of the days when flights were cancelled due to strike action. I was offered an alternative flight 3 days prior to that via Johannesburg with a 10 hour wait between flights. The date was not suitable for me and I was also unable to get on a flight with my daughter who was travelling with me. She was offered a different flight. As a result we have had to cancel our flights, which we booked in February and book new flights on a different airline. This has involved considerable extra cost and a lot of stress. I am completely unhappy with the way this has been handled. It was the first time I had booked with British Airways and I doubt I will do so in future.

    Booking no V82WNH Wallace.
Our flight LHR to Johannesburg has been re-scheduled. I have gone in to manage booking and there is no facility to accept. Also it only gives half an hour to connect with the Durban leg which is impossible.
I have tried numerous times to phone all the numbers for BA including London without a response.
Please can you help with both these issues or direct this to the relevant authority.
