Flight LIVBA14149 on Sunday 12 August 2018 – Baggage was delayed. Tried in vain for several days now to get through to someone that can assist. Johannesburg office has said the bag was transferred to Livingstone. Confirmed with Livingstone that the bag was there. They said they would call me back, again to no avail. Did not return my calls and now the telephone number all of a sudden does not exist.
This airline is appauling and discriminatory. My sister and I were humiliated and labelled fraudsters because I had availed of an online payment option with a valid card and the transaction was processed through the safest visacard verification process in the world. Talk about clueless, rude and unprofessional staff, they had the audacity to snub me and refer me to another airline when I was trying to resolve the situation at hand. Thank God you did because the SAA service was sublime, efficient, professional and respectful, I did not mind paying extra for a worthy service. Trying to get a refund was also a nightmare as you would imagine. You are discrediting British Airways name, a world renowned airline.
