Dear Cathay Dragon,
My wife left her 2018 ipad on the aeroplane today. Tuesday March 18th 2019. The flight was KA620 from Hong Kong to Hangzhou. Her seat number was 24 K. Passenger name is Judith Suzanne HARRISON, travelling with Stephen Leopoldo Enrico TRAFFICANTE. Unfortunately we tried many times to telephone the Cathay Hangzhou baggage office on 0571 86660134 and 0135. Both numbers rang and then dropped out. I tried many, many times. So we are desperate to try to retrieve this i pad as it contains a lot of personal pics and information.
