I am very frustrated I have tried phoning you people and you have no phone service for costumers outside your business hours unlike other travel companies. I got up at 1:30 am because I wasn’t allowed to do a seat selection even if I was willing to pay and had to wait 48 hours before the flight and to add insult to injury I couldn’t change my seat when I tried and so now we end up sitting beside the toilets at the back of the bus. How do you fix this. We are six people traveling and we are not happy.Just to let you know we travel a lot.

    Thanks
