Having just come off flight CX104, 2nd Feb Melbourne to Hong Kong, and CX255 3rd Feb Hong Kong to LHR, it was a great disappointment to find, that my luggage did not arrive at LHR with me. Cathy Pacific were aware that my luggage would not arrive at LHR, but failed to inform me , resulting in a long and unsuccessful wait at the baggage carousel . I was only made aware by fellow passengers that their luggage and my luggage was still in Hong Kong, this was after a period of approx. 1 hour , I obviously then had to report this to your representatives DNATA, within the airport. As a business class customer I was disappointed in the lack of the “duty of care” to your customers.
The inconvenience caused me a great deal of stress, after such a long journey, and my wife eventually having to park in the short stay car park, instead of picking me up as arranged. At this stage I have no idea when my luggage will be delivered. Do you have a gesture of good will procedure, in instances like this?
    Best Regards
    Gordon
