Hi I tried contacting your Davao reservation office but it seems nobody is around because no one answered. Anyway I learned from BDO advertisement your incoming Davao to Hongkong promo. I would like to make a reservation or booking now. I am based here in General Santos City , can I do it on line ?

I’ve reported upon arrival at Davao International Airport last Nov. 06, 2018 that my brand new luggage was damaged and can’t be used again (No more wheel). A form was filled up and informed me that only 2500 pesos will be given. I submitted all the receipts, pictures (before we traveled to Philippines) of my luggage from Canada. It costs me $136 not including all the taxes of that luggage. I demand and I wanted to talk to your supervisor about this. We traveled all the way from vancouver to hongkong then to davao. Php 2500 can’t even buy a new big decent luggage for our travel back soon. Please reply. and I can’t even contact any person about this. ([email protected] attention to Ms. Sherlie Patawan.
