    Complaint

    My mother 77 years old took flight KA615 on 23 Sept delay on arrival to Hongkong, Wheel service requested during her booking ticket. However she didnā€™t have wheel service, the staff Cathy Pacific asked her to run to catch another flight to copehangan because it was too late to take her initial fight CX261 directly to Paris.
    Nobody informed me the delay and she wasnā€™t on the flight of CX261!!!
    I wake up at 5am to pick up my monther at CDG Airport at 6h50, but I called her and at that time one staff replied to me she is in Copenhagen Airport, is he joking?

    I have to wait 15 minutes more to know she will take AF1751 at 9h51 arrival to Paris at 11h50.

    I have to wait till 11h50 and miss my important meeting this morning at office!!!!

    I really very angry with Cathy Pacific very bag and without humanity service !!!

    I am still at CDG airport and need to cancel my working plans today

    I need Cathy Pacific to pay all the penalty
