    I have gone to your on line booking site. I am going to Paris CDG on May 2 and Return on May 25.
    I put this information in and a window opened that had multiple options on cost and departure/return combinations.
    I chose the above dates as the fare listed is HK$4780 for that combination.

    As I moved through the Booking process I noted the fare price had shifted. of your web site and note the amount shown in the upper right hand corner of a page after I confirmed my flights labeled Total HK and the total is HK$ 7036.

    So someone has set up what is called in many countries a “Bait and Switch” process in your web site. Where one price is quoted and then in the process of the transaction the site switches to a higher price with the hope that the customer will not to see the shift or not question the magnitude of the switch impact. Please be aware this process is considered a Felony in many countries.

    Please tell me how I go about circumventing this Bait and Switch process so that my fare is HK$4780 as listed in your web site with the appropriate taxes which are HK$ 816 as shown below coming to a total ticket cost of HKD5596 compared to HKD 7036.
    Please also be aware that I have taken screen shots of the data mentioned above should there be any question about what I have experienced.
    I really like Cathay and prefer flying Cathay to any other Airline. I at one time in my life have been a member of the One World Million Mile club, so one might consider me an experience traveler. I and my wife have business in Singapore and even though we could get a much cheaper fare we unfailingly fly on Cathay Pacific.

    Hoping you have a simple explanation that will allow me to continue my booking and that of my travel companion for the dates and flights selected at the price you have quoted me in your websites first window as HKD 5596 per person.

    Ref flight booking-AGB4KW
    Flight booked 31/12/19 before outbreak of the deadly disease coronavirus, we were told we can canx flight and get full refund by our Travel Trolly agent In London on 31/01/20 as the outbreak now become global.

    Now Your airline is saying refunded cannot be given, we can only reschedule.
    School has also issue letters to parent not to travel to China/HK this February
    This include WHO/FCO that unessential trip to disease areas to be avoided

    If we travel to HK now, we are subject to qarantine on return from HK, we also have 2 young children, age 3 and 7.
    Please can you reply to my email. ASAP as our travel date is approaching and we need an answer

    I buy my ticket on allied travel agency in the inform me its too late 5 days to go on my flyt sched ,she say i need to pay 200 hundred for rebooking for my ticket on august 18,2020.or if i want to refound my ticket .i was pay for her 1410,in ask her how much the refound in she say 1010,i need to clarify on your airline
    Its really this is guidelines of your airline that
    They not inquire me before 2 weeks before my flyt. In last thing that she say the refound take.3 mounth to 6. Its is true..?
