What is the maximum measurement and weight of the cargo / piece?

Cargo more than 150kgs per piece will be subject to higher managementā€™s approval.

Requirements for shipping items in liquid or powder form at CEB Cargo

If you’re shipping any items in liquid / powder form, you’ve to present the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). This is a written document that outlines information and procedures for handling and working with chemicals, available online (as long as it matches the manufacturer and brand name on the product) or directly from the supplier (recommended). This document may also be called a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). The MSDS / SDS shall remain valid for three (3) years after it was issued or revised.

What are the information required to book a cargo at Cebu Pacific Airlines?

You have to produce the following details and sent to [email protected] or to any of the emails mentioned above. Once booking is confirmed, an AWB number will be provided and shipment must be accepted at the warehouse four (4) hours before the flight.

How to track the Cebu Pacific cargo shipment?

You can track your cargo shipment by inputting your airway bill. The airway bill number is provided upon booking.

What is the deadline for accepting the cargo?

Your cargo must be at Cebu Pacific Cargo Acceptance Office 4-6 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure depending on the aircraft type.

Note: Shipment must be processed and accepted already in warehouse 4-6 hours before ETD.

How can you receive a Cargo in Cebu Pacific air?

If you’re a consignee, you must bring:

  • 1 valid ID and note your Air Waybill Number. Your Air Waybill Number can be coordinated with your shipper.

If you’re a consignee representative must have the following for claiming cargo:

  • Authorization Letter signed by the consignee
  • Valid ID of consignee
  • Valid ID of authorized representative

Cargo within the Philippines:

  • Highly perishable cargo: Disposed within 24 hours after arrival at airport of destination
  • Non-perishable cargo: Disposed thirty (30) days upon their arrival at airport of destination.

Storage fee

  • While storage fee shall not charge for the first 72 hours upon arrival, when the cargo is claimed on the succeeding hours, the computation of the storage fee starts from the first day of arrival at the destination.

How you can ship human remains and what documents are required?

Domestic Cargo

You’ve to produce the original and submit four (4) photocopies of the following:

  • Death Certificate
  • Embalming Certificate (not required for Muslims)
  • Quarantine Permit from Bureau of Quarantine ā€“ DOH
  • Transfer Permit or Permit to Transport from the Municipal/City Health Office
  • Certificate of Covid free.

Other Information:

  • Coffin must be hermitically sealed and crated.
  • Book the cargo at least 2 days prior the intended flight to confirm available space.
  • Shipment must be at our Acceptance Office at least 4 hours before the flight.

Note: Shipment must be processed and accepted already in our warehouse 4 hours before ETD.

How to ship household pets at CEB Cargo?

Cats and Dogs

Pets must be able to move freely inside a strong kennel (metal cage is not allowed). The case must be leak proof and must have an absorbent material to absorb any spillage.

To transport household pets, you need:

  1. Quarantine Permit from the Bureau of Quarantine. The certificate must be countered signed at Quarantine Office in NAIA Terminal 2.
  2. Veterinary Health Certificate
  3. Rabies Vaccination Certificate (Pet should be vaccinated at least 14 days before the travel date)
  4. Dog should be 3 months old and above
  5. Must be placed in kennel cage

NOTE: Vaccination papers and pet must be presented to Quarantine Officer

Snub-nosed pets are not allowed to travel as they are more prone to breathing problems. You may refer to the list below for snub-nosed pets:
