I can’t buy a ticket with your airline using my Thai debit card. I have tried several times only to get to the payment and then it just doesn’t go through! I can use this same card to purchase from Philippines Air so I cannot understand why it doesn’t work with you.

i have sent cebu pac air for several times since november 23 2018 regarding my refundable of my cancellation of flight due to health issues and until now there is no reply even just once. They sent me email to submit all my documents about medical certificates last October 23 2018 and until now, there is no update about this concern. I hope in this message, you can help me to solve this problem or issue of mine, because It’s been three months now after this cancellation flight.
