    01/04/2019 I just finished my booking (one way Bangkok – Manila) for the 8th of April, once the paiement completed, the ticket was issued with a different departure date on 16th of MAY !!! (Booking Ref: RBY6JF).
    There is NO WAY to contact CEBU PACIFIC Customer assistance. (You are aware about that already)
    HOTLINE is constantly busy. I finally got in touch with one of your personnel, but she abandonned me on the line after 19 minutes holding.Cost for me isbe about 30 euros (Thailand -Philippines call)
    The phone # +63322308888 mentioned in your website is not existing.
    I could also talk with your agency in Bangkok. The lady has absolutely no power. She was “sorry” but can not provide any assistance from Bangkok.
    Your FAX number is not working.
    03/04/2019: I bought a new ticket with a more serious company.
    FINAL RESULT: A lot of lost time, lost of money and serious disagrement.
