    My wife arrived to take her flight from Manila to Panglao on July 11 2021 and was refused boarding as her quarantine PCR test was over 72 hours prior.. this despite the fact that she had only just been released from her quarantine hotel less than 4 hours prior to her arrival at the airport.. AND had both her negative tests with her AND her quarantine certificate.. she had to stay another night at another hotel in Manila and pay a rebooking fee of 300 PHP in order to fly the following day.. this is the way that Cebu air treats its customers.. beware.. Cebu air has so far refused to compensate her for the unnecessary costs and inconvenience.. Try to call their head office number? it doesn’t work..

    The following flights are still lack to be refunded, due to Covid19 (Customer Care Reference Number 5702621), even when on april you sent us a confirmation that they were going to be.
    We had the contact of this refund on the following e-mail: “[email protected]”, but since april we have no information at all. Please, we need to know what´s on about this matter and when this refund Will be done.
