    There was a delay in sending booking confirmation and official receipt in my emai ad. My earlier booking was made last June 28, reference no. EJ4GPK w/ the following details: Manila – Cagayan de Oro route, Oct. 20, 2019, flight #5J377 and 7:35pm departure. However, of my 4 booking transactions only 3 were confirmed excluding this EJ4GPK. I checked again last Monday morning and after lunch, July 1, still no email was received, afraid that available slot will be lost, I decided to re-book the on same route and other flight details with Q8F9TB booking reference. Right after the booking, 2 emails were received, confirmation and official receipts of the 2 booking references I made last June 28 and July 1. I immediately contact BPI credit card to cancel one transaction to avoid double charging but was advised to file the cancellation with the merchant which Cebu Pac.

    Should the confirmation and OR were sent earlier, re-booking would have been done, thus, may I request for the cancellation of the latest booking, reference no. Q8F9TB as this was your lapses.

    Please look after on the customer side and I’m looking forward on your immediate and positive response on this concern.
