Hi po.i have some corcern regarding to my son situation.i alredy book a 2 way ticket for him.hes coming im singapore with me.going home his alone.his already 13 yr old. I want to fill up a form for him for unaccompanied minor because his coming back in philippines alone.he has a ticket already but i havent paid the unaccompanied minors fee and also havent fill up the form.what should i do?i cant find where to get the form and how to pay his fee
