I have tried to call the office many times, to try and change name on ticket. your phone selection does not work, i make selection and nothing happens. Is this deliberate, why is there no customer service, no one to talk to. How am i going to change my ticket to the right name? Help, Very stressed.

I have been trying to get information on Airline transit accommodation in TPE. We want to travel P/E – MEL / ROM / surface / Lon / Mel so you would think someone in China Airlines would have a email address in Australia.

The stopover is an unbelieverable 18 hours on the way over so do we just hang around the airport( which is not an option ) on or is there some kind of Passenger service to give me information by email on my options. We live on a small island in Victoria and have not had a Fax for over 10 years which seems the only way to get written information from China Airlines.

Also do we need visae for this stopover in TPE ???? Please someone give me the info or would I be better off with SQ or CX which we have travelled on but are told China Airlines is a better option in P/E .
