I have been trying for days and hours on the phone so I will try this.
I am returning to Siem Reap this fall, flights are booked, I just need permission to bring an extra bag. I am returning to volunteer again and I’m bringing school supplies, toys, crafts and clothing for an ngo school. That would be 3 bags instead of 2. I have just waiting 26 minutes this time while trying to reach a representative only to get a message that there was no one there to take my call. I have waited up to 30 minutes prior to this and finally given up. I do need to speak to someone however and did leave a call back number so hopefully this will work.

I have been off loaded today from Flight MU582 from Vancouver to Shanghai. I had checked in before 1100 AM along with my wife but security check had delays and no announcements were made in my name. When I reported for Boarding at 12.00 I was told that the flight was closed and my luggage was already off loaded. I made several requests to the Boarding Staff but they told NOt Possible as the flight had been closed. This has disabled me to catch my onward flight from Shanghai to Delhi MU563 on March 04, 2019. Our Ticket Nos. are 7813123492286 and 7813123492287. These are round trip tickets and I have travelled with CEA before too, but this experience is something unforgettable. China Eastern is Totally closed today in Vancouver Office and Airport too. I tried my best but even the 24 Hour Customer Service line is not working. No e-mail contact is available. Hence this request to you for HELP me please. Kindly accommodate me on the next flight tomorrow. We are an old couple and I am a Heart Patient, had my open heart surgery last year. Please accept my apology for delay in reaching for boarding. I shall be reaching Vancouver Airport tomorrow morning before 9.30AM. Please accommodate me on the Shanghai flight tomorrow.
