    Do to late transfers from Kota Kinabalu to London Heathrow 20/09/2018 our suit cases had to follow on another flight which you kindly delivered two days later at our home, unfortunately both were damaged beyound repair. Do you have contact details in order to get replacement suitcases. I would allso like the contact details so I can put in a claim for our missed flights, overnight hotel stay, and missed hotel stay in Kota Kinabalu.( Our outward flight LHR 2210 hrs China Southern Airlines 652 to Sanya, Sanya to Guangzhou, Guangzhou to Kota Kinabalu. And a return flight.)

    Complaint
    As per our telephone conversation these morning with a young lady in connection with a very poor-quality service from Southern China in China. The young lady in London on 020 3668 0866 asked me to send the copy of the passport so you could assist.
    We myself and my wife have travelled with your air line in 2014 and 2017 to Sydney. We are a member of Sky Pearl Club. My membership number is 295566922266. I have sent several e-mails to them asking them to issue me with a member ship card in post. I am not getting any satisfied reply back what so ever.
    My e-mails sent are in a very simple English. My wife’s member ship card arrived in post couple of weeks ago. I have family and friends always travelling to Australia and I was recommending them your airline but if you don’t get a service then it is obvious people will not recommend. At the time of travel to Sydney in 2017 my passport was 461630730.
    Kenya Airways
    Kenya airways is a Sky Team Partner. My self-Mr. Arvind Patel and Mrs. Tarla Patel went to Kenya in June 2018. We have been trying to claim the air miles on Southern China Sight and it will not let us do that at all. With all the new technology you can do every thing on line but your sight will only accept Southern China. I have attached copies of all the passports belonging to me and my wife and boarding pass for Kenya Airways.
