    I would like to write a letter of complaint on my unfortunate experience with your airline, particularly with your ground crew at the Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou (Canton, China), for my MLA-CAN-LAX fights from August 19 to 21. May I know who to address the letter to? I am now back in Manila and I would like to personally hand carry my letter to your Manila office and to speak with someone of authority – one who can treat a passenger with due respect and provide judicious action.       I would like to know how long its gonna take to get refund from your ticket .I already contacted my travel agency they I have to wait for 3 mos after 3 mos I contacted them again they said I have to wait for another 3 mos they said it depends to the airlines in able to get my refund. I need answer please. As soon as possible I can’t contact the customer service. Here in Philippines location.

    Please advise whether transit visa is required at Guangzhou while 3 hrs transit time. Manila- Guangzhou- Los Angeles -San Francisco and vice versa. If so, please whether we can obtain the visa in Guangzhou or we apply at any embassy. Thanks.

    You should update your website regarding the current location of CZ ticket Office in Manila. I came all the
    way from Batangas to see and talk in person your staff regarding reconfirmation of my flight. To my dismayed
    and frustration, as per SG, your office has moved to
    GBC in Taguig. I keep trying to contact your phone
    numbers 524 3626 or 354 1888 or 854 0643. But just
    ringing, no one answers.
    You need to Improve your customer services.
    CZ is so disappointing airline. Way below your standard
    compared to other airlines

    Dear CSAIR Philippines,

    For unknown reason, those numbers 0063-2-83541888/0063-2-85243526, is really hard to contact – for so many days. I sent an email to your yahoo email. I hope they will reply back.

    And whenever I am logging in, my password, is not working. If I am in China my staff can fix this. However, after fixing and getting my new password, for the next logging in, it does not work anymore.

    This is happening for almost 10 years, at least. I believer out IT in Philippines is smart and better.

    Dear China Southern Airline,

    I am Lolita B. CALDERON, booked to fly to Guangzhou, China at 12:00 noon on Thursday October 29, 2020. . But, this morning as I was trying to check in, I was told by the airline check-in staff that I cannot check in and fly today as my negative covid test certificate is not from the accredited hospitals by the airline.

    I was very shocked and saddened to hear it as I had my negative Covid test certificate from St. Luke’s BGC, which is in the list of accredited hospitals by the Chinese Embassy. Mr. Luis Chan was kind enough to assist me and connected me with the Chinese Airline Manager who then talked to my school HR, Ms. Jessica.

    As per Ms. Jessica Wang, my school HR Officer and your airline manager‘s conversation, my flight is rebooked on November 12, 2020 without charges.

    Mr. Luis Chua, assured me as instructed by the Chinese airline manager that I can fly on November 12, 2020 after getting a new negative covid test certificate from one the “updated” list of the China Southern Airline’s accredited hospitals.

    I would appreciate a soft copy of the flight details that shows I am booked at 12:00 noon on November 12, 2020. Thank you so much!
