My daughter Kathryn Leung ( lost her luggage:CZ967229- from her flight from Seoul to New York city arriving 11 PM on 6/20/2017 on China Southern Airline from Guangzhou to New York (transfer there originally from Seoul:). The flight number was CZ699. We plan to send a complain to FAA. No one from China Southern has contacted her yet regarding the lost luggage. Please respond. We live on a dead end street in New Jersey: the house is a bit hard to locate without GPS. ( contact me Judy Woo at the email or her cell phone: 5514973214). Your on line check is difficult to use. There is no one available to help. I have been on hold for a very long time. I think this is poor customer service.
They are terrible. Use at your own risk. If anything goes wrong, there is no help available. If your flight is cancelled, they will put you on hold forever, giving you a new flight, but the ticket never arrives, telling you to wait a day but never issuing the tickets. When you contact them, the cycle will continue. You will lose valuable time and money dealing with them and it is a stressful experience getting through on any of their hotlines only for them to make you wait and have to call them again later when their solution does not work.
