Good Morning,
I flew by China Southern on the 26.06.17 from Guangzhao to Kuala Lumpur vide CZ349 but my luggage did not arrive.
I have made a report at KLIA with MAS and teh reference number is KULCZ25257.
Till todate I have still to receive my luggage and has been unable to contact CZ staff on this matter.

Recently I tried to book China Southern Airline a round trip ticket to Guangzhou,n the booking website always show prices in RMB and look very much different from last two months which I had booked the same route, and I am not sure whether is a correct website, awaiting your reply Thank you
