Is China Southern flying from China to Singapore? My nephew has a ticket from Mexico city to Singapore with a stop in Guangzhou airport on February 13. All his connecting flights are with China Southern . We have read that Singapore does not allow entrance to travelers arriving from China. We worry that his flight from Guangzhou could be cancelled. The travel where he bought his ticket in Mexico says they have not received notice about it
