I have attempted to join the sky Pearl club online on many occasions however on completing the form I cannot get a verification number.
My next flight ref. number is MGJJJV departing 26 May from Brisbane, together with my wife on the same flight.

Trying to make contact with the Brisbane office is very difficult. Telephones are not answered. Customer Service experience so far is non existent.

I am trying to contact China Southern airlines to make a direct booking instead of going through agents, but each time that I try to log on to your web page I get no response, it is very annoying!
How can I make a booking on the internet to fly my Thai lady from Bangkok to Christchurch, New Zealand around December 18th and return around January 3rd?
