    Last Tuesday my husband was supposed to fly with czech airlines from Paris to Prague to catch a connecting flight to Tel-Aviv. He was late , he arrived 40 minutes before the flight at the desk where the attendant told him he couldn’t board and the plane was overbooked anyways; He told my husband to rebook and pay for the next available flight if he didnt want to loose his return ticket. rebooking was “done” , we got a reservation number and were supposed to call czech airlines in Prague for payment.
    The guy in Prague said that the plane wasn’t overbooked and that at 40minutes he could still board because the limit was 30 minutes and to call the next day morning to pay for the flight.
    We call in the morning, now they claim that my husband cannot fly, that he lost the return ticket too!!!!
    so basically we had: no one to assist us, conflicting and inaccurate information, rip-off and rude attendants , who are they supposed to attend if not their customers?
    I am extremely disappointed by this disastrous customer service. AVOID czech ailrines
    I’ve been loyal to Sky team for years and that’s how we are treated!!!

    j’ai reserver hier par internet vol Paris Prague aller le 19 Mai 2019 Retour de Prague le 25 Mai j’ai pas pu l’imprimer j’ai pas de confirmation dans ma boite Mail merci de m’expliquer le probleme ?
