I got the message from egyptair that the flight is changed
Cairo to BKK from 5 June 2017 at 22.45 to 7 June 2017 at 22.45.
I cannot accept this changing.
I am Sudanese having student residency in Italy, I am travilling from Rome to Khartoum through Cairo on July 31st, my issue is that I would like to be certain about;” I have applied to for Permisso Di Soggirno (Residence permit) and I have received the official receipt from the Italian authority in exchange, I am wondering if I will be able to come back with this receipt again when I will come back by mid of september as far as I knew there is no issue with offical receipt as per Italian authority to be enter Italy again, just I would like to make sure that will not affect my flight during such period whether from Khartoum airport-Egyptair counter and during connection in Cairo airport”.

I was having mail contact last week but after this i get no answer back.
My ticket 077 2434794283, was cancelled due corona in 13 of april. Last week i was having contact to change it into 13 oct, the writeback they can change but the flight time was different. After this i also discovered that new regulations was coming up to have this pcr test done, so i write them back, pls change for me on 14 oct, to fly from malpensa to cairo. From then on i get no answer at all, not at the phone and no call…….. Can you pls change this ticket to 14 oct to fly from malpensa at 14.30h and quickly answer me back. Thank you
I have to travel to Cairo with Egyptair next Sat. 10 July , and I’m going to have the required PCR test next Thu 8 July , here in Genoa where I live . Question : is the PCR result document needed with the QR code or it is valid for travel also without QR code ? The reason of this question is that here in Genoa they do NOT issue the certificate / result of the test with the QR code , as I understood there isn’t yet a ministerial decree/rule stating this requirement on the PCR tests . Can you confirm to me that this QR code it’s NOT REQUIRED for travelling from Milano to Cairo ? Awaiting your quick reply . Thanks
