I have called them for the past two days but no one is answering my call, meanwhile i have seen from their website that my flight on 10 April 2021 is rescheduled on the 17 April 2021 and thee message that i cannot make changes on my own. Calling them and no one is answering customers call and what do you want us to do. Do we have to stop our work just to come to Egyptair Office for something that can be done on phone within just 20 minutes?
