Would love to know how you resolved your issue. I received a canceled confirmation on 1 March 2022 , I am still waiting for my refund , today being the 31 May 2022. I am absolutely disgusted ! Physically went to the office in Riyadh , was told to wait because of backlog. Then was told that Jeddah office handles refunds. I have emailed several times with absolutely no response. Very unprofessional behaviour. The phone just rings ! I was refunded immediately by the two hotels I booked with , but Egypt Airlines .. I am still waiting.
