Please I want to know how much is time tickets from Moscow to Nigeria.
My baggage got lose while traveling from juba to Moscow by EGYPTAIR on date 03/09/2018 with MS 860 M from juba to Cairo. And then from date 04/09/2019 from Cairo to Moscow domodedovo airport with flight number MS 729.
I had been following up with the department of lost and found at the airport. But unfortunately it has been fourth weeks now without the baggage. So Please consult your airport office at Cairo International Airport with following details to look for my missing baggage Incase it was misplaced while on transit. Ms 110407 .
Nevertheless if the baggage is completely lost let me and so that I can demand for compensation of bag.

My self Sayali Dethe, i had booked a flight from mumbai to moscow on date 19th of August 2022 with transit at Cairo airport. At the time of Boarding the cabbin crew of your airlines informed me that there no space in overhead cabbin and they took my cabbin lagguage and transferred it to check in luggage as there was no space and hadded me a papper which i have attached below stating airline flight no. and baggage no. When i reached Moscow, Domodedovo(DME) Airport i didn’t received my that cabbin luggage which was taked by your staff at mumbai.
Therefore I filed a complaint with lost and found department of DME airport. My complaint no. is – DMEMS16754. The authority there told us that EgyptAir doesn’t give delivery of my luggage at my address. As I am Medical Student at Smolensk State Medical University, Smolensk, Russia i had to reluctantly leave airport as we had to complete student visa formalities at our University. As i am student it contained extremely important things and document as follows:-
1. University Fees – 6500 U S dollars
2.Document of university like – Admission letter, bonafite, fee structure certificate and other essential documents And clothes.
Please Note carefully that my cabbin baggage had 6500 US dollars in cash as my university fees. Please note that the i have all valid documents regarding of purchase of this dollars with me (including purchase receipt).
Please understand the importance and confidentiality of the matter as the baggage cobtain very high amount of money. We have been advised by our University to deposit the fees as soon as possible in order to avoid any unforseen circumstances.
It is my sincere request to please prioritize my matter and solve the complaint as fast as possible I have attached the following documents for your reference :
1. Complaint receipt
2. Passport with student visa
3. Boarding Passes
4. Air ticket
5. Paper given by your staff at mumbai airport
6. Dollar receipt
As per the Montreal convention article 19 the airline is liable for an appropriate compensation in case of delay, damaged or lost luggage hence it is our sincere request to speed up the process
