    I tried calling your Nairobi office on the number stated here +254 20 2226821, several times with no response. it just rings until it disconnects.
    I was calling to check that my flight times have changed as I noticed when checking in that the time is different from the tickets emailed to us. will call again after 2, as maybe everyone is on lunch break.
    Meanwhile please advise the time MS 850 is scheduled to take off.

    One month ago I received a call from London (edreams) they asked me to confirm a new booking 16 SEP NBO-CDG – 28 OCT CDG-NBO.
    I’ve been trying to contact your office in Nairobi, but it’s still closed and I really hope as soon as you reopen the scheduled flights, they’ll reopen too.

    I was giving incorrect information and stood in the wrong line for an hour. When I finally had my turn at the desk I was pointed to the Egypt Airways desk. There is no signage. Apparently there is 1 person representing EGYPT AIR, his name is Willie Muchika and he would not help. We had 45 minutes before the flight takeoff. He was busy on multiple phone calls had me stand waiting for 15 minutes and I was finally told that I should have arrived on time. He also was clear with me, he is The boss at EGYPT AIRway. He was arrogant, rude, unhelpful.
