My experience has been absolutely horrible with Egyptair.
I need to change a current booking that i have made.
I am UNABLE to do it online so my only other option will be to call the Egyptair NY Reservations Office.
I have been placed on hold for two times each time 40 mins and then the call gets disconnected.
Do NOT book with EgyptAir if you expect to receive any customer support!!!

I am trying to call from Washington DC , I been listening to the recording for 3 hours exactly and I am still on. before that it was giving the busy ring all time every day . I have no idea how to talk to some one to change my reservation and it’s emergancy for me. and I am member of Egypt Air plus and I travel bossiness class. I never face that problem in Cairo
I asked for a refund on August 23rd and today is October 24th no refund. There are 4 of us. No one answers phone at jfk what do I do. My tour was canceled not my fault.
Can you please help me get a job with you at Egypt air New York office where you don’t work from office, not from home but get paid just for having your name on the payroll.
WE NEED BETTER WORK THAN THAT
I called the office at 3:44pm on February 23rd. I was till on hold 2 1/2 hours later. I looked up the office on line and see that they close at 5PM. So you literally just keep people online for hours and the. Lose???
EgyptAir changed my flight so that my flight out of Cairo now leaves BEFORE my flight from Luxor to Cairo. They said I have to call office to discuss rescheduling. I spent over 3 hours on hold. The one time I spoke to a person, he hung up before I could even start explaining the problem (I had just said hello and was telling him my reservation number) and made no effort to call back. As I do not want to be stranded in Luxor, I may have to cancel my entire trip. Do not book EgyptAir.
