I regret booking my wife ticket with you I must confess and that would never happen to me again. I need an “Ok to board” and I went to your office inside airport, I met an Egyptian guy who displayed a poor service customer to me. As a matter of fact, a person of such doesn’t fit to be in that office, I wil later post my ordeal with the man I met in your office on Facebook just for people’s to see how people’s are handling their customers complaint.

I booked Egyptair flight ticket for my brother on Travelstart, he will be travelling from Lagos to Abu Dhabi on Tourist Visit Visa. According to Travelstart, I have to contact Egyptair directly to insert the OK TO BOARD in the PNR because he is travelling for the first time to UAE. I called Egypair Office and an agent gave me an email address ([email protected]) but no replies, All efforts to reach on phone was not through.
