FL4155222, with your BOOKING CODE:GX3ZC, Ticket N.1142481600430 and, the second for myself MOISES FUKS Frequent Flyer n.TL4155230 with your BOOKING CODE1142481600503. Both tickets for departure TO NY at April 15,2022. I spent almost a whole month trying to modify de departure and returning dates with no success. We need to DEPART TO NY at April 18 and return at May 17, with no success.
What do you recommend to solve my problem.
I have sent a message via Whats App to El Al asking to change a booked flight. It says that a reply might take up to 5 days. However, I have not had a reply after 6 days. How can I make contact with El al to deal with this? When will I actually receive El Al’s reply by Whats App?
