    I have been trying to reach El Al both in NY and in ISrael since December 1. The whatsapp stopped answering even though I have a call number. I am trying to exchange a ticket from September for a flight on Dec 22. This was promised to me by El AL on October 25.
    I was told to contact you when I decided on a date.
    When I tried to do this via the website, a message told me you didn’t recognize my reservation.
    The date is coming closer and I have written or contacted every possibility that you have. I need a person to answer me.

    Again, I have a return ticket from NY (2nd half of a round trip) that is paid for. I have a PNR booking number and an e-ticket number.
    I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years and a Frequent Flyer since the week you opened the program.

    Why are you screwing around with your customers? It does not matter if they are Matmid members, have been loyal to you for years, or feel they want to travel with a “jewish” company. You don’t respond to calls or correspondences. When this pandemic is over, so is your business. You are not the only game in town. When you treat your customers like sh*t, they will stop doing business with you. As it is, you cram people on your flights to make every possible dollar. You have more seats on your planes to Israel than any other airline. Comfort & service is not important. Even your exit rows have a third seat so that the customer sitting near the window can be crushed in during the long flight. As people wake up on how other airlines better treat their customers, you will have more empty seats. I hope you will wake up before it is too late.
