My 3 passengers coming to cairo from yemen seiyun, arrival changed from 1.30pm t0 4.30pm .connecting to emirates flight departing at 6.40pm.

I have tried on a number of occasions to contact the Cairo office without success. I left a Kindle and an iPod in the seat pocket of seat 25H on flight EK927 from Dubai to Cairo on the 6th of October. I am trying to find out if it was found and how I can follow up on this. Thank you

Id been trying to call Emirates office at Cairo from Monday 13th July 2020 from 8.30 am till 9.00 am..and i continued call again at 11.00 am till 11.30 am..ahain in the afternoon at 2.00 pm..nobody answer the call ..and today 14th july 2020 i try again to call start from 8.30 am till again and again try to call with different hours but unfortunately nobody answer..
I had made a payment with online booking and i just want to confirm again if the payment been made or not because i not received any notification or email from Emirates ..for my booking to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on the 21st July 2020
