Dear Sunil, You do not need to get Ok to Board unless you want to get into Dubai. If you are connecting from Dubai to India, you need not get Ok to Board. In case you need Ok to Board, you can apply online on this page, 24hrs before departure.

on 13 April a team of two women from US came to South Sudan through Ethiopia. They use JetBlue to Dubai, Emarates to Ethiopia and from Duabi their baggages/luggage did not reach Addis Ababa. One is call Deborah Jerad and Martha Holden. They are now in South sudan, but for the last two days we have been expecting their luggage to reach Juba from Addis Ababa as promised to them but all in vain. All the four bags are still missiong. Could you please find out if these bags are given to Ethiopian Airline or not?

Dear Sirs.
I had one email saying that I could take briefcase with laptop computer onto flight.
Then I had update saying no carry on luggage (cabin), I always put my laptop in small backpack for safety against damage.
So my question is do I or can I take my laptop computer and tablet computer into cabin, if not and they are damaged who will pay for repairs and or replacement.
Also nothing has been mentioned about duty free bought after check in, will it be allowed or will all duty free shops be closed in all airports including Dubai and will it be confisacated at security gates.
I would be happy if you could please clear this problem up for me, I am not due to fly out of Kansai via Dubai to Manchester until end of July and I know things are fluid right now, but it would be nice to know or have an idea.
