I bought ticket for round trip from JFK to DAC . As per the Emirates rule that I read, I am allowed to take 2 pc of luggage for each person. That happened to flight @ EK204. While coming back from DAC to EWR New York, Flight # EK587. The emirates baggage checking representative informed me that I can check only one pc per person as that was on the ticket.
I was in big trouble in the airport. I had to pay additional $397.8. This is not fair and I believe this is a trap for any customer. When I am buying round trip ticket in the international flight I am supposed to take 2 pcs from America and bring back the same amount.
I want to get back the money $397.87 which Emirates charged me on Feb.28, 2020 at Shahazalal airport Dhaka.
Please one of the worst Airline to fly. I had a very bad experiance. I had booked a online tick to fly to India. However I had to cancle the ticket. I cancenced it on their web site and I gte an acknowlogment that the booking has hbeen cancelled and a refund will be issued. It’s been now almost 15 days and I still have not gotten my refund. i have been trying to talk ato a representative in New York office but all I get is an recording that all representattives are busy and unable to answer the call. I try almost every 20 minutes all day and have no luck in talking to a live person. I now have no choice but to have my lawyer deal with this situation. Never fly this Airlines.
