Morning
My name is lydia Bailey i have been unable to contact Emirates.
I flew from BM on 18th June flight EK38 21.40 this was to dubai enroute to brisbane Australia.
The flight refuelled in dubai then went onto dubai international but this made us miss connections. I had to spend the rest of the day and night in a dubai hotel until the next morning.
I was given a slip of paper and told that was for my insurance but i have misplaced it could i request another copy please. My booking reference was 6PAIZK.
We have Emirates Skywards accounts and a return flight to Adelaide booked. This morning we have been trying to access our accounts on line in order to reserve our chauffer service. Every time we go to the Emirates site, we get a page which says “The page you’re trying to access is restricted. Ref. No. 1812a9645f.1573472596.5d86cc9. This applies whether we try to access the site from Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
As a result, we will be unable to check-in on line and have had to arrange the courtesy transport by ‘phone. Unless this is resolved, we will be unable to check-in on line both at home and at our Adelaide destination.
