The Emirates story started in 1985 when we launched operations with just two aircraft. Today, Emirates flies the worldās biggest fleets of Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s, offering their customers the comforts of the latest and most efficient wide-body aircraft in the skies. Emirate’s fleet is one of the youngest in the world, meaning that along with exceptional service and inflight entertainment, travellers can rely on the utmost in comfort and the latest in cabin design no matter where they are seated. Most of Emirates’ fleet is now made up of ultra-modern Emirates A380s and spacious Boeing 777s, making the Emirates experience world class in every class.

My wife and I flew out to Adelaide on Friday 12th October Business Class on the afternoon flight. She cannot find her spectacles …they were in a hard red case…she thinks she may have left them on the plane. Seat 10A….
We do not return to Glasgow until 17th November but we could pick
them up there if found. Can you let me know by email if they are found. With many thanks. Mrs and Mrs J GIBB
I can appreciate during these trying times you are extremely busy but neither myself or my travel agent are getting any response from Emirates. I am trying to change my flights and online am getting told to contact Emirates what I’m I supposed to do
Myself, husband and family were due to fly to Dubai Monday 23rd, we have been trying to contact Emirates to cancel. If we cancel online you are charging us Ā£800!!!! We are following government directive not to travel. I have been holding for an hour at a time then automated message states you cannot deal with our enquiry and to call later. I am even now holding again for yet another hour. What do you suggest we do? You have not sent any email communication to us other than to offer an upgrade which under the circumstances is highly inappropriate.
Emirates is excellent in most aspects of its service, but it has one VERY LARGE weakness: if something out of the ordinary happens is it clueless as to what to do next. Emirates should have contingency plans for unexpected events like flight-delays. Onward-booked passengers who have missed their connections can not just be abandoned (as happened to me) in Dubai airport once. and if a taxi service (for business class) is cancelled how are arriving passengers to cope? There must be forward contingency planning.
I have been trying to contact Emirates by phone without success for a few days, Even my Login process – your system doesn’t answer. I have a booking number IK5PC5.
I am trying to register for a mile a minute, but on-line system is non-responsive
I have tried many times by phone, but there is only your information message, very monotonous after 15 mins each time
