Dear Sir/Madam,
There is a circular today from Kuwait government on restriction for re – entry in Kuwait from some countries like Philippines . It will be impossible for me to get the required health certificate during my return because I will be passing the Philippine airport only and not even going out of it.
My itinerary will be like this : 13th March – going to Philippines via Emirates ,then by 19th March will be bound to USA from Phil. via EVA Air then back 20th April to Phil. Then for Kuwait
