MY husband is booked ref nrJPVHY2 from Auckland to Dubai on the 19 March EK 449 and then from Dubai to Warsaw 21st March.EK 179 . How he can get home , ?
Please advice.
Been trying to get a Flight cancellation certificate for insurance purposes, could not complete online as only had booking ref and not ticket number because cancelled before ticket issued. Mailed by post the request form to Emirates office Auckland. No reply. Not impressed.
