I’m in the same boat. Mine has been changed, but, surprisingly, in this digital age, have been told that I must visit the Ethiopian Airlines office to pay the $100 change fee, but guess what, the office is closed for the Songkran holidays, and a friend is presently at the Bangkok airport, but their office there is closed as well.

I bought the ticket with a visa card, but I’m not allowed to pay the change fee with the same visa card!

For your information, I can’t get through to a customer rep through your international number, and all the numbers for the different reps in Nigeria are either deliberately engaged, or they are just not bothered to answer for the second day.
