Hi my name is Mr Amat Isa Dickson,my ticket Ref:20161. I bought the ticket at Travel Agent.ie at No 5 south mall cork. Staff Ref:Ken Donnellan. This was my trip with your Airline to Nigeria on the 19/11/16 and back on the the 15/12/16.
My complain is that my luggage was broken into when i collected the suitcase at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Lagos on the 19/11/16 . I was advised to contact your Dublin office when I come back to Ireland.For your information 5 mobile phones were stolen from one of my suitcases I checked in. The missing phone are( 1) Samsung Galaxy S6,(2)Samsung Galaxy S6 edge(3)Vodafone Smart 4 turbo(4)Samsung Galaxy A5 6(5)Samsung Galaxy A5 6. Please kindly use your good office to look into the matter as the phone were giving to me by a friend as a present for his family in Nigeria and the guy is very angry with me. I don’t know what to do about it. I have broken padlock with me and the empty boxes of the phones because they took all the phones out of the boxes an left only the empty boxes in the suitcase. Kindly treat this as emergency because the owner is giving me a lot of trouble.

My baby’d Buggy was damaged on s flight from Capetown to Dublin, Swiss port gave me a file ref no, there’s an error message everytime I enter it. They told me it is now out of their hands I should deal with the airline,. I’ve tried calling and no luck, this is inconveniencing me as I use that buggy on a daily basis.

I am very u happy as I travelled from Cape Town to Dublin with my very frail parents and was told of I flew with Ethiopian it would be a good experience. It was a night mare from word go. I booked the tickets off the app. I couldn’t find an obtion to book assisted passengers. I called the Johannesburg number and was told both my parents would fly assisted. My Dad has his own wheel chair and a Walker. My mom suffers from dementia and this I had to pay for an extra ticket for my sister to travel with to help. Thank goodness I did otherwise the trip would have been worse than it already was. I asked when phoning for seats with good leg room as my Dad is tall but very frail and we also needed to be close to the toilets. I was told only one seat could be booked for one of the assisted passengers. I could not sit with my Dad and my Mom who already is confused could also not sit next to him. I was told that was all the could do and was told to go to the airport early and they would help.
I got to Cape Town airport 4 hours in advance only to be told she could not seat the 4 of use together. I was to sit with my Dad and my mom with my sister else where. I was also kept waiting for 2 hours at the airport while they confirmed that my parents could fly into Dublin. I understand this is what Dublin immigration require but it was handled so badly. There were also no wheel chairs booked for my parents. On getting on the plan my Dad was far from the toilet and my mother was obviously distressed as she was not sitting with him.
On arriving at Dublin airport I asked numerous airhostesses and was told wheel chairs had been organised for my parents. We waited 35 min on the plane as nothing had been done. We felt very uncomfortable as they were trying to clean around us and the doors were open and both my frail parents were getting extremely cold.
When the team did arrive to collect my parents my Dad’s wheel chair was broken. One of the foot pieces was missing. He has to use it all the time but now can’t as it will over balance due to both feet been placed on one foot rest. When getting to the luggage claiming area we noticed my Dad’s Walker was damaged too. I made a complaint at the Swissport desk and was told to speak to Fashil in connection with our unhappiness.
When I called to speak with him I was told I can’t and I need to email you. I have previously before this flight sent an email and am yet to get an answer. My sister is due to fly back to SA on 20 Feb. Her original ticket was booked for 18th Feb but I received notification from Ethiopian of a date change with no explination or obtion to choose another flight.
I also have another complaint from a previous flight too from which I still have not received an apology.
I want the manager from the Dublin office to contact me in connection with the following issue.
