    This is my first time of travelling with Ethiopia airline and there service is very poor from the booking my ticket. And most annoying my baggage is missing and it seems to have vanished.

    good day i have try to contact all the Ethiopian office but to no reply
    my husband Timothy Smith left at 12:00 to Malawi
    they weight his equipment and it was all good
    just before take off they told him that they have sent it to lost property ET:287387 for it need to go on to the cargo plane
    i have no idea as to do what he needs his equipment to do the work there
    i need details as to were i need to get the box as well how much this is going to cost for it was supposed to go with him not to a lost items place need your help please

    My son lost his luggage, with his clothes, on 8th July 2017 travelling from O R International Airport to Abuja via Addis. To date 11th July 2017 there is no word on the whereabouts of the luggage despite several calls to the Ethiopian Airlines offices in Abuja. My son is only visiting and has no other clothing to change except what he had on him while travelling. I find the lack of responsiveness by Ethiopian Airline quite appalling, insensitive and lacking customer care.

      My name is Luthando Koti and I was travelling with Ethiopian airlines from OR Rambo to Senegal. Upon my arrival in Senegal, my luggage was nowhere to be found. I stayed in Senegal for 8 days without my luggage and I was forced to buy clothes as I was left with only my toiletry bag. I must say that their service in terms of luggage management is pathetic. I’ve made several efforts to contact their customer care line but to no avail. The frustrating part is that I have important documents in that luggage. I’m so pissed off and I even consider suing the company. Imagine this happened on my birthday (15 July 2017).

    I came into South Africa with flight ET 859 on October 11 and my seat number was 28B, I forgot my reading glasses in the aircraft and I went to. The lost and found and was asked to visit your booking office at the airport but they have not opened then and I can’t wait or pay another fare to come back to check or pick

    Good day

    On July 15 we intend to fly to Seychelles for a holiday and return on July 23. We are flying Air Ethiopia via Bole airport.
    Do we need a visa for the 4hours+ layover at Bole.
    Is there any other paperwork needed by law or the airline for the intended flights?

    My Nephew lost his baggage (an I pad) in flight ET641 on 18th May. Since the flight was delayed he was rushed to connecting flight and they couldn’t open a formal complaint.
    I have tried to contact your Office in Johannesburg and I was advised to contact Ethiopian airlines office in JNB Airport.

    I have tried to email and call your office in airport but everything is in vain. I have not received any reply and no one picks up the calls in your office.

    I have been trying to contact your office in Johannesburg for two hours and no answer. This is completely unacceptable. When I last called each person kept on giving me a different number to refer to as I have lost my spectacles on your airline. I have been trying to retrieve them for four weeks. I sent through an email three weeks ago and I still have not received a reply. I will be reporting this to the head office. It is extremely hard to get good service from your office. I need my glasses to see and I have had trouble with my day to day tasks. I boarded the flight from Sweden with a layover in Addis to South Africa on the 24th of June.     I, travelled with my wife and grand kid on your airlines on 18th December 2018.. The following was noted
    1. Flight connection was changed without notifying us., resulting on un-necessary cost. We were supposed to land in Mumbai airport at 22H50. However we reached at 03H00 the next morning. We had to re-schedule another flight at 16H40 to Bangalore. We had to re-schedule everything and ran into un-necessary cost. Taxi fare cost to and fro, hotel accommodation and flight to Bangalore distanation.
    2. The food was not up to standard, my wife requested vegan food. We were just given anything that was available to eat. We had no choice.
    3. Our baggage was just flung around resulting in damaging it.
    4. However we reached safely but i am terribly disturbed .
    5. I would be very grateful if you can compensate us for all the inconvenience that was caused.

    This is my first time flying to Ethiopian Airlines. The customer service is beyond imagination… one of the poorest I ever experience. Ethiopian Airlines deserves better. I am in a very difficult situation, have tried to contact the global center countless times and NO ONE answers the phone or bother to help us. Why is that happening? It is baffling me such a treatment from such a good airline. IF it is to be like that, I better fly with Turkish Airlines who gave me an amazing customer service when I needed. It might be that Ethiopian Airlines have something to learn with their competition… I wish they would do.
