      My mom travel from Calgary in Canada to Lagos Nigeria through ethiopian airlines since 10th of Oct 2017 her arrival to Lagos was 11th Oct 2017 her luggage as been missing since 11th of Oct and Notting was done to it. Your airline keep pushing my 80 years old mother up and down with no solution.
      I have tried several times to contact you with no avail please can someone contact me I need to talk to someone about the missing luggage my mother is very sick now dye to emotional stressfrom the missing luggage, please I don’t want my mother to die because of your company .

        Please my friend and brother have booked a flight on Ethiopian Airlines for this weekend. He has received copy of the travel itinerary already, but we are NOT sure if he still needs to come to physically pick up his travel tickets.

    The lagos numbers for Ethiopian airlines never worked. It is frustrating getting Ethiopian Airline. They are good business people. I made payment for a ticket for 2 days now, no one has contacted. The ticket has not been issued. Very poor customer service.

    I have been making frantic efforts to reach Lagos airport office to make a very important enquiry as per my trip on Friday 15th March 2019 but none of the numbers provided here is connecting . I booked and paid for round trip from Lagos to Paris France scheduled for 15th March, 2019.

    What effort are Ethiopia airline making to evacuate there stranded persenger in Nigeria out of country. You transport government persenger in to Nigeria flight back to Adis Ababa empty while there are 100,s of there persenger stranded in Nigeria. I have tried to phone your Enugu office with out any body to help

    I will like to make an enquiry on re booking my flight from Lagos to Dubai. I was suppose to fly yesterday but due to Nigerian and Dubai issues on re entry permit, I was unable to fly and my boss have contacted Dubai immigration and I was told after 5days I can be able to fly. There shld be a reason provided by our airlines which can’t be communicated to us and its quite unfortunate that the airline tried there best but all was abortive. I came in 2 weeks and wanted to go back but it was abortive. So my question is what can the airline do to rebook me for nextweek cos I can’t pay for new flight

    Your customer service is very ridiculous. None of the numbers posted for Nigerian offices are working. It is either out of service, not available, switched off or not connecting at all. I was able to reach the baggage office via phone, sadly the guy couldn’t help with the ticketing office contact in the same airport. Isn’t that ridiculous? Abuja offices contact number’s aren’t working either. This is one of the worst customer service i have seen in my life. For good 4 days, i find it difficult to reach you. Y’all need to work on your organization. All i want to do is to change flight date and it is taking like i want to move a mountain.
    Note: I read the editor’s responses below. The international numbers provided was not in English, other numbers are out of service. Please don’t ask me to call those numbers.
